| Biological Activity | This antibody can be used in flow citometry studies. It recognizes human CD3. The CD3 antigen is expressed by peripheral T cells, thymocytes, and activated natural killer cells, and is also present in the great majority of T-cell neoplasms. CD3 complex consists of five different polypeptides chains and it is involved in signal transduction to the T cell interior following antigen recognition by the T cell receptor. |
