| Biological Activity | This polyclonal antibody reacts in ELISA (1:50 dilution) using the immunizing peptide. Cullins (1, 2, 3, 4a, 5 and 7) are a family of proteins that assemble a large number of ubiquitin ligases to catalyse polyubiquitiation, as well as binding to various specific factors to recruit substrates. Cullin 1 (CUL 1) is an essential component of SCF E3 Ubiquitin ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitation of proteins involved in cell cycle progression, signal transduction and transcription. |
| Formulation | Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial. |
