Biological Activity | This polyclonal antibody reacts in ELISA and Western Blot using the immunizing peptide. Human Gamma-Synuclein (breast cancer-specific gene 1) is a soluble protein belonging to the synuclein family. This protein is expressed in the peripheral nervous system and it is overexpressed in advanced infiltrating breast cancer and other different cancers. Gamma-Synuclein is also associated with axonal pathology in Parkinson's desease and others neurodegenerative disordes. |
Formulation | Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial. |
