Biological ActivityThis polyclonal antibody reacts in ELISA and Western Blot using the immunizing peptide. Heregulin-1, also known as neu differentiation factor -2 (NDF) or Neuregulin-1(NRG1) plays an important role in regulating cell proliferation, metastasis, differentiation, and survival of varios normal and neoplastic tissues. It binds to c-erbB-3 and c-erbB-4 tyrosine kinase receptors, and has diverse functions in neural development and neuromuscular junctions.
FormulationSolution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
