| Description | Rabbit polyclonal antibody IgG fraction obtained by immunizing rabbits with a mix of four synthetic peptides corresponding to aa12-24 (KDCQAGIYLKTLD), aa133-145 (TCLTGNNKELAAD), aa296-308 (DAQSASSFTSTLN), and aa409-417 (KLMWDLEGEFGKSS) of coat protein from ArMV. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose. |

| Biological Activity | This polyclonal antibody reacts in ELISA and Western blot assays (1: 50 dilution) using the mix of peptides. ArMV belongs to the genus Nepovirus of the family Comoviridae and its genome is composed by two single-stranded, positive-sense RNAs. It forms polyhedral viral particles and is transmitted by a nematode vector. It has a single coat protein with a molecular weight of 54 kDa. ArMV has a wide host range including a number of important crop plants. |
| Formulation | Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial. |
