DescriptionRabbit polyclonal antibody IgG fraction obtained by immunizing rabbits with a mix of six synthetic peptides corresponding to aa11-19 (PKDCQANRY), aa71- 81 (DAYNRITSRITK), aa261-270 (DWNELFKYPG), aa282-293 (KIRSPYHRTPAR), aa360-370 (REEIEIGSRFFK), and aa405-16 (QWSLNTEFGKKSS) of coat protein from GFLV. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

StorageStore at -20ºC.
StabilityStable at least one year at -20ºC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Biological ActivityThis polyclonal antibody reacts with extracts of GFLV-infected plants in PTA (Plate-Trapped Antigen)-ELISA and Western blot (1: 1,000 dilution). GFLV belongs to the genus Nepovirus of the family Comoviridae and its genome is composed by two single-stranded positive-sense RNAs.It has a single coat protein with a molecular weight of 56 kDa, this protein has been reported to be involved in the specific transmission of the GFLV by its nematode vector Xiphinema index.
FormulationSolution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial.
