| Biological Activity | This polyclonal antibody (serum) reacts with extracts of GLRaV-1-infected plants in PTA (Plate-Trapped Antigen)-ELISA, and Western blot (1: 500 dilution). GLRaV-1 belongs to the genus Ampelovirus of the family Closteroviridae. Its genome consists of a single-stranded positive-sense RNA and is encapsidated in filamentous particles containing a 35 kDa coat protein. GLRaV-1 is transmitted by vegetative propagation, grafting, scale insect, and mealybugs. It has been reported that GLRaV-1 has a great potential for genetic variation. |
| Formulation | 2 mL of whole serum. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial. |
