| Biological Activity | This polyclonal antibody reacts with extracts of GLRaV-1-infected plants in PTA (Plate-Trapped Antigen)-ELISA (1. 5,000 dilution). GLRaV-1 belongs to the genus Ampelovirus of the family Closteroviridae. Its genome consists of a single-stranded positive-sense RNA and is encapsidated in filamentous particles containing a 35 kDa coat protein. GLRaV-1 is transmitted by vegetative propagation, grafting, scale insect, and mealybugs. It has been reported that GLRaV-1 has a great potential for genetic variation. |
| Formulation | Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial. |
