Biological Activity | This polyclonal antibody reacts with the mixture of the above peptides in ELISA and Western Blot assays (1: 100 dilution). ToRSV belongs to the genus Nepovirus of the family Comoviridae, its genome consists of two segments of positive single-stranded RNA molecules. Virions are spherical and composed of 60 copies of a single capsid protein and are transmitted by a nematodes, grafting and seeds. |
