| Description | IgG fraction from rabbit polyclonal antibody obtained by immunizing rabbits with a mixture of three synthetic peptides corresponding to aa7-17 (AIEVNGKWYSPK), aa61-73 (KSFPGEQWHEVSG), and aa140-151 (RTRVKAGKYSAK) of the ApMV coat protein. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose. |

| Biological Activity | This polyclonal antibody reacts with extracts of ApMV-infected plants in PTA (Plate Trapped Antigen)-ELISA and DAS-ELISA (1: 200 dilution). ApMV belongs to the genus Ilarvirus of the family Bromoviridae and its genome consists of three segments of positive single-stranded RNA molecules. The coat protein (23 kDa) is characterized by a high variability in different isolates. ApMV is graft-transmissible and persists in propagative material. |
| Formulation | Solution at 1 mg/mL in PBS. Some of the liquid in the vial could have evaporated with changes in the final volume. However, the mass of the protein is still inside the vial. |
