| Biological Activity | This antibody shows similar properties with equal or better reactivity compared with 4G10 and PY20 antibodies. It can be used for ELISA assays, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry and Western Blot analysis (1: 4,000 dilution). It recognizes a tyrosine-phosphorylated protein in an EGF-stimulated A431 cell lysate. This monoclonal antibody does not cross-react with tyrosine, phosphoserine and phosphothreonine. |
