How do I order a product?

Ordering is made simple on a purchase order basis, without any further paperwork necessary.

Browse our online catalog to find the products you want. Enter the quantity desired and click "Add" to add the product to your order.
When you are finished, review your order by clicking on the shopping cart on the top of the page. Before you can submit your order, you will be prompted to either enter your contact details, or to sign in to retreive them.
Click "Send my Order". You will be contacted to confirm your order.

What are AUSTRAL Biological's Terms of Sale?

Domestic: freight, handling and packaging prepaid and added to the invoice.
Foreign: shipping charges are collect, packaging charge is added to the invoice. Please provide your FedEx account number.
Packaging: products will be shipped cold, with blue or dry ice, in insulated boxes to assure safe arrival.
Payment: net 30 days. If you need to use a credit card please contact Fischer Scientific: 1-800-766-7000.
Prices: quoted in US dollars, subject to change without notice. Once received, domestic orders are sent the same day or the next business day. Foreign orders are shipped the next Monday or Friday after the order is received.
Seller's sole and exclusive liability and Buyer's exclusive remedy with respect to product shall be the replacement of such products without charge or refund of the purchase price, in Seller's sole discretion. Seller shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or contingent damages.
