CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER

Once we receive your purchase order, we will need confirmation by mail, fax or phone. Be sure to have the following ready:

Ordering Products from AUSTRAL Biologicals

 Ordering is made simple on a purchase order basis, without any further paperwork necessary.

1. Browse our online catalog and add products you want.

2. Tell us where to ship and bill your order. Once you tell us your address, you just need to sign in to reorder.

3. Send your purchase order. We will contact you to confirm and arrange payment.

4. If you need to place your order with a Credit Card please contact Fisher Scientific at 1-800-766-7000

Terms of Sale

• Domestic: freight, handling and packaging are prepaid and added to the invoice.

• Foreign: shipping charges are collect; packaging charge is added to the invoice. Please provide your FedEx account number.

• Packaging: products will be shipped cold, with blue or dry ice, in insulated boxes to assure safe arrival.

• Payment: net 30 days. If you need to use a credit card please contact Fischer Scientific at 1-800-766-7000.

• Prices: quoted in US dollars, subject to change without notice.
  Once received, domestic orders are sent the same day or the next business day. Foreign orders are shipped the next Monday or Friday after the order is received.

• Seller's sole and exclusive liability and Buyer's exclusive remedy with respect to product shall be the replacement of such products without charge or refund of the purchase price, in Seller's sole discretion. Seller shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or contingent damages.

Please mark all confirming orders, e.g., mailed after the initial  telephone order, with "confirmation ONLY" to avoid duplication.

Permits

Any documents or permits needed for customs clearance or other purposes must be included with any order.
